Everyone's food choices are unique, and ought to be. Self-nourishment is a process whereby one takes charge of the nutrition choices that shape every aspect of one's health, our families, our community, and our environment. Often we encounter an overwhelming amount of information and opinions about nutrition. This typically creates more harm and stigma about nutrition and self image. A holistic approach to nutrition appreciates your unique individuality, while offering useful education and evidence-based information. A holistic nutrition appointment is not strictly about creating nutritional and lifestyle goals. Instead, we seek to acknowledge the process of healing and repair that is ongoing, and problem-solve barriers and restrictions that arise for each unique individual.
