Farrah is a Registered Acupuncturist (R.Ac and Holistic Nutritionist. Farrah’s work is supportive of people enduring life transitions such as a medical diagnosis, acquired injury or illness, the advancement of age, grief and loss, or healing from trauma.

With a compassionate and curious approach to Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Farrah’s work aids in the rehabilitation of injury or illness, pain management, fertility, and mental-emotional aspects of health. Farrah has a special interest in Palliative and Hospice care, offering Acupuncture to people at the end of life, as well as their families and caregivers.

With thirteen years experience as a Holistic Nutrition, Farrah’s approach to nutrition is rooted in respect for food’s centrality to life. Holistic Nutrition is an adjunctive therapy suitable in nearly every healthcare setting. Farrah’s approach to food therapy therapy explores culutral and traiditional re-engagement with food, ecology, and environment. Education, habit development, and sustainability are packed into sessions that address each individual’s unique barriers to eating well. Farrah’s experience is working with a wide variety of people, in particular: hormone mediated conditions, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pancreatitis and IBS.
